We manage results

TRG’s Certified Cost Estimator/Analysts (CCEA®) possess a deep understanding of the entire federal acquisition process and bring extensive experience supporting major acquisition and procurement offices. TRG provides innovative defensible solutions and services in every phase of the acquisition process, to include developing acquisition strategies, timelines, performance work statements (PWS), workload data, RFP Packages, Independent Cost Estimates (ICE), negotiation models, sole source justification documents, and evaluation documentation. TRG has developed various tools and templates to help customers maximize efficiencies, conduct price analysis, and monitor costs during the contract administration phase.

At TRG, we believe the most important phase of the acquisition lifecycle is the pre-award phase. To this point, we establish timelines that include time to appropriately engage stakeholders and clearly define and document requirements. Due to increased time commitments at the onset of an acquisition, results are often more streamlined during the award and administration phases.
